Mike Niewodowski is an avid reader. He was a professional chef for 15 years, including working as a Culinary Arts instructor for 8 years. He now works for a wonderful supermarket company. He is a full time father. In 2006, Mike graduated (with honors) from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature. He has published articles in several newspapers. He has travelled extensively. He currently lives in Florida.
